James is a director of One Yard capital.  He has a passion for assisting business owners be entrepreneurial by enabling them access the capital they need to operate and expand.

• Worked in a variety of product, sales, credit operations and distribution roles at a prominent non-bank lender over ~ 6 years, growing with the business from start-up to IPO listing on the ASX.
• Sales operations experience within a Dutch multinational bank.
• Brokerage experience connecting Australian scale-up businesses with venture debt providers in Australia and Singapore.
• Product management within a venture-backed health technology business.

James admires all forms of work hustle and has found himself in a myriad of jobs outside of financial services over the years, ranging from logistics, hospitality and construction.
